You can get the following weapons by looting the corresponding body.

Thompson SMG:

Mission 1, on lieutenant's body.

Shotgun:

Mission 23, from Lewis, a dead American in the northeast corner of the map; or Mission 7 from Waffen SS Schutze.

Custom Rifle:

Mission 16, from a sniper in the fifth wave of enemies.

PPSh1941SMG:

Mission 10, from a vampire.

Muramasa Blade:

Mission 11, from a Magier in the northern cluster of enemies.

Dragonslayer:

Mission 20, on a Javier sent with reinforcements; or Mission 22 on a Magier.

Excalibur:

Unknown mission, on a vampire in the second wave of reinforcements.
