XBOX 360 version:

Get to the 300th challenge in the challenge tower. Go to it and hit X to skip it! It will ask you to pay 50,000 gold coins, say yes by pushing A and and it will say "challenge tower complete" unlocked Mileen's alternate costume (Flesh Pit) and than the credits will roll. Of course you will still have to beat the tower for the achievement but you will have the last costume open to use in ladder match and online mode etc...I have confirmed this by doing it myself
