Survival Rewards
Whenever you complete 5 rounds you will unlock an item. It will always be the same item even on subsequent play throughs. Although Survival has 100 waves you will only be rewarded items up to wave 50. There are 3 playable Survival Levels: Hospital, Swamp, and Settlement.
