Select the 'Rewards' option at the 'Main' menu and with your D-pad enter Right(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Start. If you have entered the code correctly you will receive a confirmation message.

When you collect the indicated amount of crests which are found around Hogwarts the corresponding Single and Multiplayer bonuses will become available.
