Once you have been locked out of the map room you need to find the security room to unlock the door. You must drive further round the island until you see a group of Jackal's. Once they are dead head up the path through the trees until you come up to a group of Hunters, kill them. In the middle of this area there is a building type thing, the terminal is on the flat side of it.
