The same thing can be said about the shotgun in this game as in Halo 2. Furthermore, this game could use a feature that prevents the in-game loss or misplacement of Mongoose 4-wheelers by the game every time you examine a clue in the campaign. The assault rifle in this game should have the accuracy of the BR55 Battle Rifle and the same stopping power and magazine size as the Halo: Combat Evolved assault rifle. Also, the BR55 Battle Rifle should be added to this game. The shotgun and assault rifle comments apply to all Halo games, excluding Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, and Halo Wars. In Halo Wars, the Marines should have shotguns added when upgraded to become equipped with M19 SSM Rocket Launchers. Last of all, the ODST upgrade to Halo Wars' Marines should give BR55 Battle Rifles to the resulting ODSTs.
