Actually you can, on Ebay.com you can type in Halo 3 ODST, is you can scroll for some time, you can see this code for Srgneat Jhonson it's only about 10 to 13 dollars

They'll eventually make him eather DLC, or release a 'master' code to the masses, like they did with Gears of Wars Golden weapons you got at the launch party or through preorder
