Beat ALL the missions on 'Hard' difficulty setting.

Unlock PX50 Bound Shot:

Beat ALL the missions on 'Hardest' difficulty setting.

Unlock Genocide Gun:

Beat ALL the missions on Inferno difficulty setting.
