Divinity 2: Ego Draconis Xbox 360 Cheats and Tips

Leveling up on mindreading is the same as leveling up on any other skill, such as firewall or ghost.

Once you have skill points to spend, go into your skills and look under Dragon Slayer. Mindread is the first one up the top which looks like a humans head.

Click on it to allocate points.

Please note that with certain skills, you have to be at a certain level before you can allocate more points to a skill.

If you can, see if you can leave the area and come back when you are more experience, though from memory I don't know if that is possible.

So, here is my other advise, assuming it isn't possible to leave: change your tactics. Do not face Ba'al straight on. Continue to use your ghost and creature by having them attack your enemies, while you dodge and roll any attacks to avoid taking damage.

Also try to use your range attacks, and try and take out the lesser demons first. Don't forget to use any potions you have on hand, if possible, to heal yourself instead of relying on your ghost.

This process may take longer for you to defeat Ba'al, but at least you will survive.

If this doesn't work, just keep trying different tactics.

I’m assuming the evil wizard you are referring to is Mundus, as that is the only quest I know of that uses runes, unless you are referring to something in Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance. If that is so, then I suggest you move your question here so you can get the answer you wish.

Now, if it is Mundus, here's what you have to do.

The first two runes you can acquire from the rune troll you must face outside the magical barrier. Go around to the other magical barrier and you will see that there is already a magical rune on one of the plates. Place a rune on the other plate. Use the elevator and go up. Exit the elevator. After your conversation with Mundus, go past the trolls to the magic barrier. Just like that barrier before, you will see that there is already a magical rune on one of the plates. You merely need to put one on the other plate to remove the barrier.

If you are referring to finding the chicken rune to finish the quest, you will find it in the cave behind the waterfall. When you come to the area, where you can turn right towards the dragon statues or straight. Go straight and you will find it in the room full of chickens.

Easiest way is to invest in magic blast and sneek up to him hit him once the run back untill you have a chance to hit him again in doing so should kill him. Or a neat trick I have found from having to face him so much is to have your bow out get his attention and go behind the piller to the right by the door were you fisrt walked in and shoot him once then hide behind piller repeat untill dead don't try shooting him twice you will DIE.
