After finishing the swoop race and finding Bastila, go back to the Hidden Bek base and talk to Gadon's gaurd. She'll get Gadon then you have to tell Gadon you have the proto-type swoop engine. The same thing that happens when you first talk to him about it, you will sleep in the Bek base and then you will be in the go to Brejak's body and every thing that was on his body the first time will be there again, including Bastila's lightsaber. Then talk to Bastila (she'll be there again) and you'll go back to your base.
