On shrek you can get to a secret level by doing only one thing.

First you have to do three good deeds in race mode.

(example) wake the sleeping guards capture the evil faries and find the hidden easter eggs in their time limit.

After you get three good deeds in race mode go to the second level and jump on the roof on the power plant.

Jump in the black and your in the secret level the chicken coop and their is no escape.
