What is the best armor on the game and how do I get to Mournhold, the Clockwork City of Sotha Sil.

The best armor in the game is Daedric. There is a full suit in the game, just not together and I do not know where. To get to mournhold, you have to get to level 6 and sleep in a bed somewhere, I don't think that it works everywhere, so try the Balmora mages Guild. It worked for me. The Clockwork city has to do with one of the tribunal missions, and is not the same thing as Mournhold.
