Question for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition

I've completed the ritual of gifts missions and the two following it.

Now the shaman will not come up from the lake. he is telling me he will meet me there but does not, and the leader will not talk to me he just says goodby. and then i just want to be a werewolf how do I do it.

I know it has something to do with the blood moon prophecy. what do i need to do?

Talk to Heart-Fang, then walk slowly to the door, hear the growling of the were-wolves? The gaurd will then notify you that werewolves are attacking, [whatch out, they arn't the easiest things to kill,] it is after you killed all of them that you choose either to do bloodmoon as one of the skaal [cure the disease, for after, you can become one only by getting Hircine's ring after heart-fang snapps,] or do the quest as one of Hircine's hounds, [become a werewolf, but whatch out, training and traveling takes time, which can reveal your secret, you can also aquire hircines ring, which will allow to be a were-wolf during the day instead of only by night,] each has it's ups and downs, good luck and, don't forget to save before fighting were-wolves.
