Okay I finished the bloodmoon quests and got the hircines ring. Now I'm still diseased and I don't want to be because I could be walking through a city and bam, everyone knows I'm a werewolf.. Please help!!

Well, that ring lets you control when to transform.And once someone knows your a werewolf they will be chasing you EVERYWHERE no matter what you do sorry.
Morrowind nerd you didnt help at all dude when you're human they don't know it's you unless you killed somone as a werewolf or commited a crime and there is a cure but idk what it is or how to get it.
