I'm doing the main quest story line now and I'm on the third task that the guy in Balmora gives you. I can't find the Argonianin Vivec Foreign Quater. Does anyone know where he is? It says hes in the Black Shalk place but I can't find that either.

The black shalk place is a tavern in the foreign quarter just look around inside the foreign quarter and you should find it and he is inside I think it's on the top floor
