Alright, I am at the spot where your party splits up into two groups and I don't know how to defeat those three dark jedi and I don't know what to do. Or who should I use to defeat them and how?

It really just depends on who is with who and how strong they are.
Like the other guy said they have to be quite strong but all the way through the game I found that having a gunner (carth is the best) with your self and another jedi is easiest and at the beginning of every battle do that pause thing and if you have it do power in a que as much as possible with each character.
