I used Mira and T3-M4. There are a lot of mines and droids on the ship.

If your evil, use Hanharr and Kreia, otherwise use Bao-dur/Visas and Kreia. If you use Visas and Kreia try and give the either shock/forcelightning/force storm or one of the Stun/disable/destroy droid powers. Preferably both of them.
