Is there a way to equipped Darth Nihilus's mask when you get it?

Unfortunately, no, there is no possible way for you to equip Darth Nihilus's mask in the game. At least, I do not think that there is a way for you to equip the mask on the XBOX version of Star wars: Knights of the old republic 2. However, if you play the PC version of this Star Wars game, then you might be able to find a modding program, or downloadable add on for the game so that you can equip his mask. Then again, I could be wrong, you may be able to equip if you look in the head armor menu, but I remember that I could find no way to equip it. So, sorry, but no equipping his mask.

Sadly cheating-is-good is correct, you cannot equip it. I tried for the life of me to get it on but it just wouldn't happen, I haven't played in a while because of school but the last I remember it was an item used powering up a certain attribute... I think.

Nihilus mask increases your force points, however, no you can't wear it. Though it would look awesome.....
