How do I hack into vechials, it's driving me nuts.

You have to use a fusion cutter (looks like an oil can). You stand next to an occupied enemy vehicle and press the right trigger until it reaches 100%. P.S. It's called "slicing".
You use a fission cutter and and you just cut into any enemy vehicle but it takes a long time to cut the person out. Then you just enter the vehicle like normal.
Select an Engineer then swap your weapon to fusion cutter and use it on an enemy viehicle until it reaches 100%
Get an engineer; push the "white" button; go need a vehicle and pull the right trigger.
