On level 9 the one where you have to beat mystiryo and he does the u.f.o. attack and he attacks the statue of liberety I keep on trying to get over there but I cant because I keep on falling into the water after a couple of web swings is there any other way to get across?

Ok the trick is to make sure your next anchor piont is right in front of you, otherwise you'll just keep going lower like you said you were. You should also have the highest upgrade swing level you can get. I think its 5 or 6. Its done with a lower one but its easier with the higher one.
Try looking for a hellicopter webswing on it but don't let the trigger go just let it take you there.
