Question for Spider-Man 2

Okay I have two questions!!

First I have completed most of the game except for finding all the gang hideouts. I know they are in red on the map but I keep finding all of the same ones over and over again.

Is there a faster way to find the hideouts besides swinging around for hours???

And Second I also have to complete the last photo mission for Robbie. Where you have to go to the Financial District.

I have the top speed but by the time I get to the last picture spot my time is up. any hints to get back to the bugle???
