Question for Ninja Gaiden

I'm on chapter 8 and I'm about to kill Alma but I can't.

I could do it perfectley on normal but now that I'm on hard its hard. I have one great spirit elxir and two normal ones.

In order to get to alma I have go through water into the elvater then kill ninjas that takes down my health pretty good and I don't want to use a potion.

Please help me.

The Black ninja duds don't have a hold attack so just keep blocking until ther is an opening. they didn't use hold on me atleast
