You will have to wait until you complete chapter 6.
When you complete chapter 6 you will find a new wepon (the war hammer) this is the blunt item that the inscription talks about.
You need to get your war hammer. You wont get it until you defeat alma on level 9. Once you beat level 13 you will be able to teleport from one area to a far away area in moments. Its really helpful it will bring you back to that area then attack that stone with your war hammer and it will break.There is a demon seal behind it which will enable you to rise the level on one of your scrolls. I advise you to use it on either your fire one or the inazuma because they are the best two. Good luck, hope this helps.
