Question for Ninja Gaiden

I am stuck on lvl 10 and I need to now the best way to beat the little worms in the room were you get a jewel of demens, or whatever. Then you walk back and the elevator thing goes back up. The stupid little worms are tough.

They are tough and there are alot of them but they can be defeated quite easily


And simply keep jumping round and hitting Y you should dive through them
And keep repeating untill till they all die

If one grabs you keep hitting buttons because they can kill very easily
If they weaken you use use art of fire wheels to keep them away from you
If you don't have many elixiers I recommend not going down there
