Yes you can paint the vinyls. After selecting the one you want press the y button and the colors should come up.

Acually I think its the X button...Y is help..anyways...look in the bottom left corner when you are at the screen where it says Tear layer 1 | Tear Layer 2 | Tear Layer 3 | Bottom Layer |

wtf...those are supposed to look like boxes lol

Yes you can paint vinyls.

Yes you can paint the vinyls. You go to the layer that you want to paint and press X. Then a list of colors will come up, go throught the colors until you find one that you like. Then press A. Your vimyl will then be that color.
