Is it possible to do the three quests before the Wasp Queen-quest, just after you finish Apprentice training? I have tried in the original Fable, and even with legendary status I couldn't do them. Is it possible now, because I don't want to spend a lot of time getting high renown if it's no good. Please help!

no I don't think so, and anyways it wouldn't be very smart to do the minion quest with like an iron katana
No it's not possible and if you were able to you wouldn't be able to get them.i've tried doesn't work.
No, I've ran around before taking any quests, killed a lot of trolls, hobbes, and bandits and got my charactor Legendary, it will let me take the quest, but when I exit out of the quest screen it takes it away and puts it back on the table.
