My Lost Chapters keeps playing the loading screen over and over again and not loading the game. Two seperate games have done this. Is there something wrong with my X-box or is it the game itself? If I can fix it, how do I do this? Someone please help!

Sounds like an x-box problem to me. If it was only your fable game, i'd say it was a glitch in the game. But if other games are doing it as well, you might want to have someone take a look at your x-box.
If your talking about two different game saves on Fable I'd say there's a glitch in the game saves. You also might try cleaning the disk and the XBox.
This is a problem with your console. If it were the disk, it would be because it has corrupted data where you're trying to load it. But, if other games are doing it, then you either need to take better care of your games, or take your Xbox in for repairs.
