Yes it's true and heres how,on the level metropolis when your up againts 3 wraiths a few ghosts and a phantom,after all of them are dead,you should see a pelican flying down,as soon as you do run up the flyover and jump onto the back of the pelican,be warned though as the game will glitch shortly afterwards,happy cheating
