To get maximum muscle go to the gym everyday and exercise there until it says you have reached your limit for the day.Also run around,ride a bike,swim alot to keep your muscle up(if you don't keep exercising it will go down).Only eat when it says your energy is going down.the more muscle you have the more damage your punches cause.And it can raise your sex appeal.
