Own Goal Embarassment!

If losing a match in career mode switch to the other side by going into the pause menu and selecting choose sides, you can then change to the opposing teams side and score as many own goals as you want!!!! (P.S - I like to change back to my side at the end to keep my pride!!) Your upgrade points will also go up as usual and sometimes if you did enough own goals the board call you and give you some extra upgrade points and/or transfer points
