In WrestleQuest, you embark on an adventure in the world of professional wrestling. You can perform different wrestling moves to rise through the ranks of pro-wrestling.

The game's story is about rescuing pro-wrestling from a scheming tyrant who wants to control the scripts for all wrestling events worldwide. 'Macho Man' Randy Savage and tons of other icons offer guidance as you powerbomb your way to glory beyond the ring.

• Complete Goals to get Rewards

  During a match, goals will sometimes appear on the left side of the screen. These goals are your Dramatic Moments and you should pay attention to what these goals are and try to accomplish them. If no goals appear you should play out the fight as usual.

  Although you don't have to complete the tasks it is worth remembering that whenever you do them you will be rewarded with bonus items. Keep in mind to get the rewards you must complete the tasks in order.

• Find Treasure Chests to get Equipment

  A percentage meter will appear at the bottom of the screen whenever you enter an area that has treasure hidden within it. The percentage indicates the amount of treasure you have found in the area.

  Whenever you grab an item the percentage meter will reappear on screen so you will be able to see how much treasure you have left you have to find. Try to locate all the treasure chests in an area as they contain useful equipment that you will be able to give to your various wrestlers.

• 'Macho Man' Randy Savage Statue Prize

  Scattered throughout the WrestleQuest world are 'Macho Man' Randy Savage statues. It is worthwhile finding them all as doing so will reward you with a great prize.

• Use Tag Team Attacks on Bosses and Multiple Enemies

  Eventually, when you get more wrestlers you will begin to learn Tag Team Gimmicks. These are moves that enable you to prepare with one character and then have your second character perform the attack.

  Tag Team Gimmicks are particularly effective when used correctly to attack bosses and multiple enemies at once. All you need to do is select your Gimmicks and have the character choose 'Prepare for a Tag Team'. On the other character's turn, select 'Gimmicks' and scroll to the right until you reach 'Tag Team' followed by the move. This will usually involve an action prompt which you must input.

• Be Patient when Pinning

  In WrestleQuest the option to pin your opponent becomes available through the 'Gimmicks' menu once you have drained your opponent of their Hit Points.

  In order to pull this move off you will need a steady hand as you will be given ten seconds to hit the button when the arrow hovers over the green area on the gauge. If you spam the button you will fail, you need to take your time and be patient to connect three times before the timer runs out.

• Make the Game Easier

  There are a couple of options in the settings that will enable you to make WrestleQuest easier if you are struggling with the battles in the game.

  One of these settings will make every move that you do deal maximum damage and the other will make you immortal. In the same menu there is also an option to choose auto-pin which takes away the need for the minigame.
