Not sure if it's same as game cube but you have to wait
For near red post box as he comes to post the letters

As you walk up the path after passing the postbox, the lady standing on the right is the one.

Lenzo Quest Answers:
1. Wait on the docks and wait for a man in Red overalls to walk into your view. Take a picture of him using the mail box.
2. At night, go into the cafe. Talk to everyone and find Gossack. Throw a pot and take a picture of him as he shakes. (If you don't have Song of Passing, go to Todd. Todd is dancing on a cliff by a grave and dressed as Elvis. Right near him, whip out the Wind Waker and don't touch anything. This causes a memory jog and he teaches you the song to turn day to night and visa versa)
3. Wait outside Lenzo's shop. There is a girl in an orange dress. When Anton (the guy in the striped shirt and red hat) walks by, take a picture of the two glancing at each other.
