The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Cheats and Tips

You can defeat Kalle Demos, the boss of the Forest Haven dungeon instantly with a single hit if you use the Boomerang to cut the vines so the plant (which is the boss) is knocked to the ground. When you do this a small plant is revealed inside which if you pour your forest water onto it will kill the boss.

I've successfully done this in the first room of Dragon Roost Cavern only, the one with the two imp-like things holding the burning sticks and a whole lot of jars. To do this, first find a crack on the floor that has gas coming out of it. Then, grab a jar and put it on the crack when the gas is not coming out. When the gas does come out, it should lift the jar into the air.

P. S. I tried to use a rock for this trick but it didn't work for me. Although, it might work for you.

Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding item or effect.

Become Lenzo's Research Assistant.

Hero's Charm:

Beat the Savage Labyrinth.

Hurricane Spin Attack:

Give Orca on Outset Island 10 Knight's Crests.

Knuckle:

Collect ALL 5 Tingle Statues.

Swift Sail:

Win it at Windfall's Auction House at night.

When you have the required tools visit the eight Great Fairies hidden throughout the Great Sea and complete the corresponding task to upgrade your Arrow, Bomb, Magic, and Rupee-carrying capacity.

Arrow Upgrade I (A-3) - Western Fairy Island:

Use the Skull Hammer to pound in the peg.

Arrow Upgrade II (G-4) - Thorned Fairy Island:

Use the Skull Hammer to pound in the three pegs.

Arrow Upgrade III (B-2) - Mother & Child Isles:

Warp to this island to receive the Fire & Ice Arrows from the Fairy Queen.

Bomb Upgrade I (E-3) - Eastern Fairy Island:

Bomb the woooden gate blocking the entryway.

Bomb Upgrade II (D-6) - Southern Fairy Island:

Bomb the woooden gate blocking the entryway.

Magic Meter Upgrade (D-7) - Two-Eye Reef:

Destroy the Big Octo found in this quadrant to free the Great Fairy found here and double your Magic Meter.

Wallet Upgrade I (C-1) - Northern Fairy Island:

Bomb the large boulder in front of the entryway.

Wallet Upgrade II (B-7) - Outset Island:

Bomb the large boulder in the Forest of Fairies.
