There are 4 cells in each cluster, when you survive them ALL the next cluster in the series will become unlocked.
Zeta Cluster:
Complete ALL 4 cells from the Epsilon cluster.
Omicron Cluster:
Complete ALL 4 cells from the Zeta cluster.
Sigma Cluster:
Complete ALL 4 cells from the Omicron cluster.
