When you complete the following tasks in the indicated sport after winning a medal in Tournament mode you will unlock the corresponding guest character in that sport. Note: The guest characters you unlock will not be playable in any other sport.

Complete the Level 1 Rugby Sevens Tournament.

Dry Bowser:

Complete the Level 2 Javelin Event.

Espio:

Complete the Level 2 Triple Jump Event.

Jet:

Complete the Level 1 Football Event.

Larry:

Complete the Level 2 Equestrian Event.

Nabbit:

Complete the Level 2 100 m Event.

Rosalina:

Complete the Level 1 Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Rouge:

Complete the Level 1 Beach Volleyball Event.

Sticks:

Complete the Level 2 Archery Event.

Toad:

Complete the Level 2 4x100m Relay Event.

Wave:

Complete the Level 1 BMX Event.
