When you complete the game using the following race the indicated bonus will become unlocked.

The Cardassians:

Unlocks Borg Unicomplex map for Skirmish mode.

The Breen:

Unlocks Sha Ka Ree map for Skirmish mode (the 'God' system from Star Trek V).

The Dominion:

Unlocks Xindi Skrimish Set including the Reptilian cruisers and Insectoid fighters.

The Federation:

Unlocks Second Federation Skirmish Set including the Nebula, Oberth and Sovereign vessels.

The Romulans:

Unlocks Talos IV map for Skirmish mode (from 'The Cage/Menagerie' episodes of the original series).
