This blood and guts feature which adds more gore to your game is unlocked by pressing the 'Start' button at the 'Title' screen so that the 'Difficulty Select' screen appears. Then press and hold the A, B, X, Y buttons simultaneously on the Wii Classic controller and the 'Red Blood' and 'More Violence' version of the game will become unlocked where you'll see red blood and opponents get sliced in half. There is no confirmation sound to tell you if you've entered the code correctly.
