I'm having problems finding the icons for the plane game, I have 77 already but the other one's I can't find. Can someone give me a map or a link to website that might have map of all icon location's?

I only have 77 points as well but if you follow Miguel's guide plane he will lead you to lots of them.
There's a guy in canoe way out there. Find the big yellow balloon he's around there.
You may not have Sweet Beach, fly around the Firework Launch Island 2 (I know that's not what it's called) or whatever, Sweet Beach will be behind it.
