How do I get the tadtone that is under the lilypad ?
I can get them all, but I cannot get that one loose from the lilypad.

Nearby are two Peahats. Get on a lily pad and equip the clawshots. Use the Peahats to get the pathway above. Walk out onto the overhang and jump onto the lily pad with the Tadtone. It will flip over and Link is now able to catch the little guy. For details see section #45 Song of the Hero in the walkthrough by az47.
