You can practice against Fox or Falco (their playing style is extremely similar to Wolf's) if he's too good for you. Pikachu, Samus, or Ness are good characters to use against Wolf, since they have many long range attacks.

No meta knight is leathel in the air so hardly any one can beat him

It depends on which characters you're good with but you should use someone with good projectiles,like snake.
