Might want to check out a FAQ for this one.lucky for you supercheats has loads of faq's for getting through the great maze quite easily

ChrisMaclean answered:

You might find the info you need on one of the FAQ's here. They help people out in anykind of situation in the game. Hope this helps you out.

Volke answered:

To 'complete' the Great Maze chapter, you have to defeat all characters that appear as trophies (including previously fought bosses) outside the gateway leading to Tabuu. You need to actually find the entrance to the area that leads to the gateway first though, to see how many opponents you have yet to defeat.

mctoodles answered:

Well. First you need to beat all of the bosses and then go to the room that has all of the people in the back ground and go to the middle of the room and press up. If you jump instead of going in the invisible door press down and then press up

Nintendo Master answered:

Which one of the 50 mazes are you talking about?

Epsillon answered:

There are indeed other FAQs on this site for the maze, but if you started and don't know which ones you have left, take the long "unknown" route back to the main entrance, and then your map will show the location of any battles yet to face. For the total completion with the gold boxes may take longer, but there are four sections that each have there own area(and crown-shaped-thingamabob), so you can at least get closer to where it is to start, even if you don't want to use a guide. I'm not sure which rooms belong to which section though, so can't help you there.
