Those pages you are talking about are Stickers. In Adventure Mode they can give the equipped character a little upgrade. All I know is there is at least 600. Good Luck expiriment on the Stickers.

The page things that appear during battles are stickers which in story mode can upgrade your characters.

Those are actually stickers.you can use them in the SSE mode to obtain various power ups for certain characters

Those flying papers?phht...They are used for power ups for SSE(Subspace emmisary) and used for power ups. For example, I got this black sticker that say launch resistance +37.Hope I helped!
