Co-op Event #5 - Normal

I need some serious help.
I have tried again and again to defeat the 50 Yoshi's in the one lap on Normal mode and I swear it's impossible!

Does anyone have any advice they could give me so I can beat it?
Thanks!

Ill say to start on easy with your best charecter(s) and work your way up to medium also work on a stragity with your partner to win. If that fails, don't give up, practice.

MarioHSF answered:

This is what I did. Think of a very quick attack that is strong enough to take them out as soon as they come in. My friend used Pit's A-up attack to keep hitting Yoshis whenever they came down from the top when on top of a ship. You can also try staying in one spot more than usual because then the screen doesn't start moving until a few moments later. Or at least I think that's what happens...

Resaiden answered:

Nothing much to say. Try using a character with a good Smash Up attack.

Arron Strife answered:

No man, meta knight uses his A attack on the top of the boat while pit ges the left overs that he doesnt kill and can also stay at the top killing with up A's. By the time you get to the next part you should only have 20 left

MarioHSF answered:

At the beginning, have one person stand at the top and do continuous A-ups. Have another person at the bottom getting any Yoshis that the guy on top missed. Also, stay behind the flow of the course to possibly make the camera go slower. You could also try turning the difficulty to easy, unless you want to do it on Normal.
