If this was asked already, my apologies.

Any way to get health fast when your dying in a level with no items & can't seem to find any health?

I think the only way to recover yourself is by items or I think there is a heart block in this game.

The only way to heal urself in this game is with items, resting in flipside or flopside, and or the fountain in the underwhere. I suggest that if you are at critical health and have no healing items and can't find any, than it's time to use the return pipe to go back to flipside get a bunch of healin itemes and than work your way back up. Oh and btw I hate resorting to that.

One way is to level up...but considering that you are dying, that would be hard to do. Other than that and a heart block and items, I have nothing else to offer. You could try using the Return Pipe and then heal at Flipside/Flopside.
