I was stupid and killed the cragnons in both rooms. So now I can't go and hit that switch I'm supposed to hit. Is there a way to restart the level or something? Or what am I supposed to do now? I feel stupid, I'm sorry.

Simpsonfreak knows NOTHING! Don't listen to him! You have to use a floro sapien to throw him on the switch. Then you step on the switch.
Try using the return pipe and starting back at that level or one level before.
