There Is a one up mushroom under the library. How do I get it?

By after getting a certin amount of grand stars you will have acess to the first planet you arrived on ( the 1 with fuffy bunnys you have 2 catch ) and the place where you first saw Roselina apperring on that castle podiem. So once you get that far, hop on the castle thingy. A red Luna will greet you and ask if you wanna play a game. Say yes. He will place out 100 purple coins to get ( I don't remember if there's a time limit ) and there will be this red power star-like power-up incased in glass so for a extentened amount of time, you can fly to reach
The purple coins high up. Collect ALL of them and go to the Luna. There will be a short cutsene with Roselina and then the red luna claims he has left a surpise somewhere. Anyway collect the red power star he puts out to go back to the observatory. Once your back TAKE A GOOD LOOK AROUND you should find near the mushroom shuttle and on top of the liebrary power-ups of RED STARS INCASED IN GLASS!! Sound famelier?
Lol, anyway use the red-star power-up to fly around the observatory and you should be able to get many
1-up mushrooms hidden around the observatory. Go in-and out of a room to make them reapper. Inclueding the 1 under the library ;) you're welcome! By the way 2 things: 1 you CANNOT find the red star power-up any where else exept the observatory and the 2nd mission on the first-planet-you-had-landed-on.
