I have 10 stars and rosalina keeps on saying go see the toads and I have seen them. I have unlock all the levels that I know of. So what am I suppose to do now. HELLP!!!

The toad have created there own toadship/spaceship that's why they wanted to speak to you as for the levels try searching deeply in the terrace dome for stars and don't forget that you require the grand star from bowser to unlock the next dome witch is the fountain the grand star can be found in the last level of the first dome the terrace.
Alli did was talk to the toads
Then I continued getting stars
Maybe you have to get a grand star to open the next dome. If that's not it, search arround the whole ovbservatory, and you shall find the answer. Hope this helps!
Get the grand star in Bowser Jr's Robot Reactor to unlock the next dome and some more galaxies.
