9 chapters. Luigi will find one for you in the battlerock galaxy and the other is in the dusty dune galaxy.
There are 9 chapters in Rosalina's storybook.
The Green Star locations you missed are in Battlerock Galaxy (you will get a letter from Luigi to rescue him) and in Dusty Dune Galaxy (I do not know yet how to get the star, but I know it is there).
To get to the dusty dune galaxy's green star, feed a hungry luma that is below the second planet of the first mission(the one with 4 rocks rolling on a brown ring)then go to the new pyramid planet and collect 5 silver stars.
