The Samri Project aka Scorpion, to beat him you always shoot the eyes of the scorpion. One thing is certain he will deflect your bullets when he is covering his face with his claws, so the other weak point while the scorpion is protecting his eyes, you shoot the tail on his back to recoil and he will open his eyes and you can make the kill, but make sure you successfully dodge the attacks of the scorpion to stay alive. That is all.
