Hey what's up? I need some serious help guys. I did 3 of 4 missions and the last one I have to do is The Game District. I try to talk to the guy but nothing happens. I really need some help on this, thank you.

Yeah. It's kinda hard to talk to him but soon enough you'll get in the perfect spot and he'll hopefully look at you then you wait I think.
